The Mountain Paradise Resort hotel is located on a hill top with beautiful views of the valley below and of Arenal Volcano, just a few minutes from the town of La Fortuna. The hotel is a relatively new in the Arenal Volcano area and has tried to get away from the large resort type hotels by limiting the number of cabins and emphasising personalized service and little luxuries (such as all rooms having a private Jacuzzi facing the volcano).
