Montana de Fuego is located in 45 hectares of forest and boasts some of the best panoramic views of Arenal Volcano in the zone. The luxury resort and spa is located between the small town of La Fortuna and Tabacon Hot Springs and has 66 rooms - all with fantastic views of Arenal Volcano. Montana de Fuego Resort and Spa has various pools, Jacuzzis, trails, wet bar, gift shop and even an amphitheater and also houses the popular restaurant, Acuarelas and the lovely 'En Gadi Spa'.

Montana de Fuego Resort has various types of rooms and bungalows: standard, deluxe and suites. They are divided as follows:

• 19 Deluxe rooms designed as individual bungalows with views of Arenal Volcano.
• 8 Family rooms: part of a rustic two-storey family building, with views of the Arenal Volcano and small the private lake.

• 18 Suites set in spacious, modern, separate buildings.

.All rooms have cable television, a small fridge, and a private bathroom with hot water. Most rooms have 2 double beds. Each little bungalow is separate and has it's own porch with a view of the Arenal Volcano.
